Short Stay

Please help this poor lady! She tries but that’s it. Run down, dirty and the owner is drunk every evening!

Really not a good rv park. Many unkempt permanents. Roads are horrid. The one positive is that the utilities work and office employee is quite nice. There is a new rv park at the truck stop on the north of town. It's got no shade but if you just need a place for overnight choose it. Cement long pull thrus. Way better.

Camper One Star

First of all I want to say how very kind and accommodating the lady owner was when I entered to pay. Please someone come and rescue her from this run down park. The most unkempt park I’ve ever stayed in!! She said they have some issues!! An understatement. The bathrooms were dirty and no soap. Walking my dog around the park there was trash everywhere and broken branches. Even if they somehow raked and picked up trash it would give a better feel. All the buildings need painting. Pool unfunctuonal and needs tools around it picked up around it. I really feel for the VERY SWEET LADY OWNER!!!

Needs Improvement

Nice people and decent enough park, very few options in this area. It's a bit rundown and needs some work done. Watch for potholes and low branches. The park floods with moderate rain. I would stay here again if I were in southwest Kansas.

Last Resort

Judy very friendly in the office, waited for us getting there at 6:05pm. But this should give it away already: an RV park office only open till 6pm means it's mostly for permanents. It feels like you're intruding on them. Pool's long been closed. Wouldn't stay there again. For a 35' RV with full hookup 50 amp ~ $30.

RV park was for full time residents. It was quiet however septic smell was bad. Wi-Fi did not work.

Decent place to stay if cant make it any where else,passin thru.if long term look elsewhere the owner is drunkurd and of bearing . wouldnt stop antaginizeing a 65 year old man til a fight ensued and he ended up on his backside with a knot on his head...
