Dankins Lake

Great for fishing & plenty of space. The only thing needed is for the new trees to grow for shade. Relaxing and has a plan when bad weather arrives.

If it had trees I would give it 5 stars. Level sites with lots of openness. Well maintained, friendly campground. Great playground for children. Shower house located on west side of park, but still within walking distance of most sites. I have camped here 3 times in three years. Downside is lack of trees and has always been very windy. They are growing trees.
