Highly Underrated
This little county party has two smaller campgrounds. Both have electric. Gravel with patches of grass next to each space. Quiet. Older picnic tables at each site. We were too tired to get to Lake Anita, and this was a relaxing easy substitute. We liked it for an overnight stay. Smaller lake. Nice walk in the cool Sept morning. Yes, recommended!!

Not A Resort But Not Bad
We are camped here right now in a 38’ motor home. To correct the previous review they do have 50amp service at the pull-through sites in camping area 1 although two sites share one power pole that has one 50 amp and two 30 amp plug ins, so if your neighbor is already using the 50 amp you are out of luck.

Worst campground in my cross country trip. I was told all sites had electricity but that wasn’t true, and some sites were there was electric they were taken up by inconsiderate people who felt they needed 50 amp service so they pigtail both sites 30 amp to give them the 50 amps. By the way there are no 50 amp sites and it is so stated. Will never stay there again and will warn my fellow RVers

Great For What We Needed
Place was great for an overnight stay. Water available but not at the site. Staff was very helpful!

Worked For Our Overnight Stay
We just needed a place to park overnight. This was fine for that. Very pretty lake setting and appears there are some walking trails. Lot 1 is pull through. We stayed in Lot 2 which is back in. It was okay but our lot felt pretty shallow. Not all were like that. Electric only (which was fine for our 1 night) but it appeared that not all sites had electric or you would have needed a super long cord to connect. Pit toilet in Lot 2 and it was decent enough-a motion light for night would be nice. Owners were very nice.

What A Great Find!
Rolled in on Sat of Memorial Day weekend and was fortunate enough to find a spot. This place is a gem. The park is beautiful. There are three areas for RV. All are electric only (thus only 3 stars) but you can fill up your water on the way in. There is a dump station but was not working during our stay. (There is also a dump station two miles down the highway at the rest area. Fishing is allowed at the little lake but no swimming due to fertilizer run off. (Why would you eat the fish?!) no cable and the WiFi was utterly useless. Quiet. Cheap. Stayed an extra day to rest up.

Nice Park!!
County park, first come, first served. Only 7 pull thru sites have 30/50 amp electric. No water or sewer hook up at sites. Dump station near ranger office. Fill fresh water tank before pulling into your site. Excellent free wifi. 10 channels HD TV. 14 day stay max. No laundry or showers. Bathrooms are out-house Nat'l Park style.$15 a night!!
