Overall Review

Overall the park is kept nice. Walking trails and the old skunk river valley. However when we were here it was almost completely dried up. Park ranger and host were awesome to work with. They will deliver firewood directly to your site. They do not take reservations witch is nice we came in on Thursday and stayed for the max 14 days only filled up Friday evening.through Sunday then several spaces open all week. Electric 25$ non electric $20. They have a dump station as well. But best to fill ur fresh water before arrival as they do not want u to fill it here. However we just hauled jug when we ran out

Family Trip

Great park, peaceful, beautiful walking trails. Not sure why more people were not utilizing this park. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Only reason why I wouldn't rate a 5, is that the website states fresh water but what they really mean is access to fill up your fresh water tank, sites are only electric.
