We have stayed here several times. It is a close getaway, near our home. Due to weather events in 2020, the trees in the campgrounds were severely altered or destroyed. This has caused getting into the campgrounds, and camp sites nearly impossible to get into without rubbing on tree branches. During our last stay, while sitting outside a large tree branch that was broken off but still hung up in the tree fell. Luckily it missed any campers, or playing children's. I reported the problem to the Marshall county conservation office in person. They told me they would put my complaint on a list of things needing attention, but did not know when and if they would get to it citing they had many property's in the county to maintain. We value the safety of the persons using this facility, also the paint finish on our motorhome more than the convenience of the Timmons Grove campground. We will not be going back until the issue is addressed.
