Beautiful

Traveling from Colorado to Wisconsin and we found this treasure. Beautiful views, fish off the piers or bring your kayak. We had to take an extra day to enjoy it, way nicer than most.

Great Place To Camp

The only reason we give it four stars is the sites are not level in the full hookup section, firewood delivered to the campsite and CHEAPER than anywhere. Friendly people and most Of the other campers are local. Some sites are preservable, some are first come first served

Campground is very clean and the host does a great job. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The host will even deliver firewood to your site or help you get your kayaks to the lake. The fishing was great.

Stormy Time

We happened to chose a time when rain and storms filled the days we were there, including a sited tornado. The campground hosts and others came to check that we had taken cover. The campground has new shower houses with separate showers and has also built a lot of new paved trails. The lake is beautiful and we will go back. Hopefully when it is not storming.
