Beautiful Park

Price is $42.00 / night for full hook up. That included a $6.00 processing fee. There is an additional $9.00/ day use cost when you enter. We got here at 4:00 and didn’t have to pay for some reason. Beautiful fall leaves and many Halloween decorations out at campsites. Site is large, level, gravel and spaces a good distance from others.

Nice park with a lot to do. We enjoyed the well maintained hiking trails. Campground was full, but adequate space on campsite. Bathrooms & showers were clean.

Great Lake and Park

Summit Lake is a hidden gem in east central Indiana. The lake itself is 800 acres with canoe, rowboat, jon boat, and pedal boat rentals or you can launch your own. It is great for paddle sports because boats with engines can run at idle speed only. The lake has several islands to explore. Camping sites are located next to the lake or in the woods. Several trails give you views of the lake, prairie, and woods. The facilities are excellent and the park is well maintained. I highly recommend it!
