The 1,000 trails are seems like it was the old KOA sights that they didn't want anymore. Sights are run down, trash previlant and not maintained. The full hookup sights have a sewer tanks that emit a sewer smell if full. They come and pump out if full which is unpleasant to smell as well. KOA seems a bit better but still a lot of old run down fulltime sights. Lake is small but ok for a quick kayak jaunt. A full timer ran me off when I started to back in to sight next to him. My sights electrical actually didnt work so I had to use power from empty sight next to me. That sight had excessive old wood, pallets and a storage shed oddly positioned. Field is pretty to look at and could be a ok place if better maintained and managed.

KOA sites Are Nicer Than The TT Sites
As a TT member I was disappointed. KOA sites are cleaner and level compared to the 30amp, not level and electric boxes 25 ft and to the opposite side of my camper to hook up. Needs maintenance. Bring blocks.

Big...very Big
Nice place. It’s attached to a KOA as well, so it’s freaking huge. There is a nice general store that also serves food. Have a gas station on site as well, but when we were there they ran out of fuel everyday. So, don’t count on it.
They do a decent job of monitoring the comings and goings to give you a safer feeling.
There are a ton of owned spots. If you go and there is a trash bag over the electric plugs, but the site is empty, DO NOT PARK THERE!!! Guy next to us had to vacate his spot when the owner showed up AT MIDNIGHT!!! It was not a pretty situation.

Not Bad , A Bit White Trashy Though
Not a bad place , pool is nice. Plenty for kids to do. Pot holes and holds water after a good rain. Golf cart mania though, saw an ATV running around as well.

Quite
Mostly long term. Only park we have stayed in that had underground tanks for your tanks that had to emptied by honey dipper. It works for them. Long way to Wal-Mart.
