Spent a night here at the end of September. Lots of open sites. Be sure to take the main entrance on County Rd. 900 N, Google maps wanted us to take a different road. Signage to the campground is good. Electric only, but there's water on the right as you enter the campground. Very spacious, level sites. If towing, keep to the left as you enter the campground, it's a loop; going right leads to a dead end.
Very friendly people. Stopped at a registration building on the way in, the gentleman there told us to go pick a site and he came around to register us. Cash or check.
4 stars because it's a bit off I-74, and the toilet/shower building could have been kept in better shape.

Very nice place, lots of hiking. We stayed during colder weather and we were the only ones there, it was quiet. Everything looks well maintained and beautiful.
