Simply GREAT!

Stayed 7/7-10/2023 while visiting family in Hiawassee. This was are second visit and it was wonderful. Level gravel spot: utilities perfect; price was right; spotless park even after the owners immediate cleanup after a serious thunderstorm; and most of all, the owners were attentive, helpful and responsive. We’ll be back!

Great Park

Stayed here for 2 nights. Loved the park, the staff was the best we’ve come across in our travels. They even had a Mothers morning breakfast. Going back in October and expect we will be visiting more.

Rustic And Friendly

Stayed for a week and liked it so much that I booked for three months next year! The owners are treat you like you are a guest in their home. Deb, who is running the office couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. The area is just beautiful, we like to ride our motorcycle in areas we stay in, and this is a riders paradise. We’ve been in most states and this area is as nice as any place we’ve been. Can’t wait to go back. 130 cable channels and the best camp WiFi we’ve experienced. Thank you Mike and Damian for a great time.

Great RV Park

Spent a week at this park. The owners are great. Close proximity to sites in the area. If you like to hike, you are five miles from Dick’s Creek Gap, which is part of the Appalachian Trail. Would definitely stay again.

Mountain View Campground is one of the nicest campgrounds in which we have stayed. Mike and Damien are great hosts. Sites are large and shaded. Very peaceful. Breakfast on Sunday was fantastic, especially the blueberry pancakes and sausage casserole. Can’t wait to come back!

Natural Setting

If you like the big parking lot type camp ground this isn't for you. Lovely, quite, wooded camp ground with great views. Nice and clean facilities. Pulled in Thursday. Made reservations for our next trip on Friday. Great place to sit and relax or meet new friends. The owners are very gracious. Can't wait to come back again.

Amazing VIEW!

We found this campground thru Passport America and planned to stay 1 week while we look for a new home. We loved the owners and other campers so much we extended our stay by a month! Sunday breakfast every other Sunday and Potluck dinners on the opposite Saturdays, Great rocking chairs to end any day of adventure! Only 30 minutes from Helen GA, which is a Bavarian Style Village with TONS of shopping, eating and activities. Brass Bald Mountain and Bell mountain near by. The Murphy Casino is 45 mins away and Chatanooga TN is approx 1 1/2 - 2 hrs or so away depending on traffic. So tons to do! Oh! SUPER FAST Wifi and cable TV on every site. 1 Pull thrusite, 1 very NICE singlewide mobile home for rent (if you dont own an RV) and 29 RV back in sites. There is a limit on how long you can stay, 3 months maxni think and they close for a few months in the winter. Enjoy!

We stay here as often as possible. The owners are amazing and friendly. Love the views. Park is very clean and great amenities!!

My wife and I love this park. We are never disappointed. We have made so many new friends here, including the owners Mike and Damien. They make it like family. As a matter of fact, it's always "Welcome Home" when we return.

Outstanding park. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Great facilities and the owners are upgrading all of the sites.

Great Spot

This is one of the friendliest parks we have ever been to. The owners are the best. There was nothing lacking. Karaoke nite, movie nite and Sunday morning breakfast, we ended up extending as did 2 neighbors. We stayed for $17.50 with our Passport America. Great spot.
