Relaxing
Loved our site! Staff very friendly. If you like walking around the campground, this is great! Trails, bridges, elevations. Trees beautiful. Day trips to Blue Ridge and Helen. Round of golf at white branch course. Ellijay is a cool little community. Went to the dancing goats folk festival. Very low key-intereting art/crafts.

Nice place to camp, quite, nice bathrooms, big playground. Full hook-ups with a lot of cable channels. It’s near all the apple barns, Amicalola Falls, Burt’s Pumpkin Farm, Helen, Blue Ridge all in a days drive. We’ll be back.

Great Spot!
Stayed here over MLK Jr Day weekend, it was a great stay! The owners are so incredibly kind. We got to the campground after hours and they met us at the office and had a couple of their employees help us to our site. Our site overlooked a little lake which was gorgeous. They had a few hiking trails to be able to explore the campground. They have a regular dog park and a dog beach park. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to the area.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
Visited twice, quiet lakeside campground, lots of updates including new bath house, full hookups, shady campsites, walking paths through hilly terrain with bridge crossings over creeks, bring your fishing poles and kayak, good for exploring area only 8 miles to town. Very busy area during fall apple fest, reservations by phone only but timely response to messages. Will be back!

We do not recommend this campground. An office employee was very sarcastic and spoke down to us. He certainly didn’t need to be. We will take our money elsewhere.

Quiet campground on a lake, friendly staff and nice bathhouse. I'd stay again
