Very Nice
The park was very quiet. The little historic village in the park was very informative. The staff was great. I stayed in a large 5th Wheel. There were some tight corners and close trees on the loop. Loop 1 is way too tight for a big rig. And only a few sites on loop 2 are big rig friendly. We would stay there again.

Nice Property But...
The park is really big and the farm animals are great! Donkey, goats, pigs, ducks, sheep and fancy chickens. The camp sites were close together and no trees or bushes between them. The bathrooms and showers were dated and left alot to be desired.

The only thing I regret is just doing a one night stay over. The park staff are wonderful and campsite was awesome. I am definatley going to schedule a longer stay in the future. There is too much to see and do in this park. Great place for families with children. Close to downtown Douglas for necessities if needed.

Last Minute Trip
Because of the current situation with the coronavirus, our planned eve t was cancelled. Decided to then go camping instead. Was able to book 6 sites in close proximity to each other a few days before arrival. What a great decision!! The park is really nice. The heritage village is a must see. Kid friendly. The comfort stations were a little older but clean and with plenty of hot water. Would definitely come back.

Will Come Back !
We decide to explore SP West of I95. Good decision. Georgia has beautiful parks, and this is one of them. Level sites, clean park, animal farm for kid’s enjoyment, quiet, away from crown and noise. Make sure you provision before as the nearest town does not have much to offer.

Perfect!
This was our very first outing with our new RV and two dogs so we wanted peace and quiet with a private campsite. We found it! Very large pull through sites that give you all the privacy you could ever want. Nature trails are right from campsites and very well marked. This park is exceptionally clean. The nearby town of Douglas leaves a bit to be desired and many of the roads are under construction. Looking forward to another visit in the Fall.

Exceptional!
Originally, we were going to just sleep in the park. But once inside we found no reason to leave. We enjoyed riding our bikes, kayaking the pond and hiking. We both were impressed with Heritage Farm and the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The farm animals were so fun to watch and touch. I took advantage of a guided hike and turpintune demonstration both given by Naturalist Chris. Would recommend staying here for a weekend or a week. A great little spot off the beaten path on a road less traveled.
