Great place. Great people. Best bar tenders. If you worry about road noise stay home.

Eclectic
If you like unusual, if you are more interested in out of the ordinary and getting to know about the local you are visiting this is the place for you. It is on the main road coming into Cedar Key, traffic till late into the night. So if you’re a light sleeper, maybe not for you. Tiki bar on site, bartenders are great, good recommendations on what to do and see in Cedar Key. Owners are around to interact with, interested in making sure you are well taken care of. Sites are pretty basic. Sunset without having to leave your RV, and sunrise views within a few 100 feet (across the street standing on gravel by a bridge). If you want exercise, you can walk into town, most people drive. There’s a small pier and platforms near the sites. Very out of the ordinary, glued together with wine bottles, superhero figurines and hubcaps kind of place.

Convenient, Friendly, Congested, Pricey
By far the most I have ever paid for a site, and was hoping it’d be accordingly upscale. But what you’re paying for is easy access to Cedar Key, not amenities. Busy highway is feet away from your RV on one side, but beautiful bay is at your backside. Road noise quieted down at night, and we were gone all day exploring, so we were okay with the situation. Tiki bar onsite is fun, had great live music. Owner is responsive and helpful. Don’t miss dining at Tony’s in Cedar Key — phenomenal seafood. Check out the Cemetery Park boardwalk and Railroad Trestle Tour. Cedar Key Kayaks can hook you up with a master naturalist for a on-water tour for just the cost of kayak rental! Cedar Key is small, but has a couple nice galleries. Beautiful area if you love salt marsh habitat as we do.

Great Spot By The Water
We were here for a week. We had a great view of the sunset every day. Enjoyed the bar, the location, and the friendly owners. It is a short ride into town. Wifi was too weak. A bit close to the main road. But we still hope to be able to return soon.

Not Worth It!
The sites are crammed in next to the road leading into the town. It’s noisy, over priced at $70 a night, poor WiFi, site smelled like beer and dog poop. The bar is ok. The area is loud, run down, and busy with traffic coming in and out. The view and location is good but overall not worth it. Tried calling several times and no answer or call back. Went into the office and the lady seemed anoid at our presence.

Close To Town But Low End Site
Gravel roads and sites a bit low end. We had a great view of the water and would be great for kayakers but no dock to fish from. Was close enough to ride our bikes into town. Does not have a pool :-(

Great little place, friendly people and the tiki bar is the bomb.
