Nice amenities. Great staff. The pull through are very narrow. Roads are narrow. If you stay in the pull through s expect tweekers and weed smokers on every row. A lot of older RV’s and full timers with Air conditioners taped into the window. Look elsewhere !!!!!!!!!

Nice park. Staff were friendly. Most everything was closed due to covid-19. Park is empty of trees. No shade. Lots of seasonal and full timers. Big park. There must be more activity during season. We were there in August so it was hot.

Big Park
Nice staff and nice Park. Swimming pool was awesome!! Nice dog park. Bathrooms were nice and updated. However not very clean. Park was empty so not sure why they were always dirty. All Benches
need a good cleaning. It’s been a long time since they have been cleaned. Laundry room was big and nice. $1.75 to wash and dry. Credit cards only. Overall this was a nice Park. Just some deep cleaning is desperately needed. Maintenance staff were efficient. Eatery’s and Walmart walking distance. Will be back. Please scrub the benches.

WOW what a good park! It is manicured, cleaned and looking very good. The people who operate the park are exceptionally friendly as well as helpful. We always call to ensure when the office is closing and find out how we will follow their wishes checking in after hours. They simply want us to settle in comfortably and see them in the morning where they greet us like family. We used the park after having a friend brag on it but no matter how well he spoke of it there was more. You need to stay here!

Big Clean Park
Large, well maintained park. Close to Wal-Mart. The north section is all paved roads and pads, with excellent utilities. Good water pressure (45 to 47 psi). The club house, and pool are excellent. Check-in is handled by very friendly and knowledgable staff. I'd consider this a big rig friendly park but the north section is just barely adequate for 40' motorcoaches pulling a car. Although they say the pads are pull-through, however if you leave the car attached, it will hang out in the street. We had to disconnect the car and cozy it up behind the motorcoach to be clear of the roadway. A minor inconvenience, since we were staying a few days and needed the car detached anyway. The WiFi here is free at the club house, but that signal does not go out much beyond. For a fee, you can use another set of hotspot towers that seem to adequately cover the park. We got the optional WiFi package, but its speed was nothing to brag about.
