Not Thebworst, But Not The Best

Could be a very nice park. They have lots of activities and get togethers.entybfornthe the kids. They have gotten so strick in there now though, but the drug addicts and prostitutes were already living there before they decided to crack down and do background checks. I'm sure the guard gate helps some but what about the dealers and street walkers that are already inside. For the most part it's a decent place until you go into a bath house and there are people getting high for having sex in there. Plus it's either called Clarcona Resort or if you have the displeasure of meeting Hoyt he calls it Princess RV Resort

Called the number and the realtor answering machine said to leave a message sounds closed down to me

Great Park Super Awesome Community

Awesome recreation place with free wifi.

Full Time RVers

We are full-timers and have been here for just over a year. A lot of great people here and full amenities including nice pool, mini golf, 24/7 manned gate house entrance and night security. One can stay year-round or just weekly/nightly for people passing through the area. We really like it here.

2 Years

Gated community, and although the price has increased since I moved in 2 years ago it's a great price for the area. A little off the beaten path, so no road noise. Put put golf, swimming pool and free WiFi at the clubhouse. Bright house services intranet and cable.
