$65
Nausea
Smelled like cat urine. Sites not maintained, random trash on sites, not mowed or edged. Cracked and disheveled 2 lines of concrete, sewer and connections under rv, hard to get to. Bush had to be trimmed for us to fit After it scraped our rv. We were charged $65 night times 10 days. Overpriced for no amenities, tight parking, no fenced dog park. My husband said not to step into bathroom or laundry facilities as he found them old and disgusting. Office staff nice and helpful to answer questions. Rv park is directly off highway. Google map sent us to a different location twice across the highway we blindly had to find our way back to the rv park. I don't like giving a poor review but to be charged $65 night is so overpriced for such a poor specimen as this to call an rv park when actually it is more long term residents who are all very friendly. Our saving grace is the recommendation of getting our slide fixed while at this park. It has a lot of potential, but needs a lot of upgrades :(

Not Pleasant
Traveling all day got into Denver looking for RV site. Using the app called this RV place let’s say no help. The lady was rude over phone plus didn’t have time to refer another RV place or help. I’ve had a business before and if I couldn’t help the person at least would refer to another place.

Mother Ship Has Left
The employees were taken up into the mother shop and it left our solar system. They don’t answer the phone and they won’t call back.

Rude
Called to see if they had space. The lady was just plain rude. We did some work in this park on a rig. Glad we stayed at the Target near by. This place is run down. The lady that runs the park is just unhappy. It's kinda sad she doesn't treat the people staying there better.

Decent Park Near Denver
We did a month rental at the rv park. It's close to downtown and there's a lot of bike trails and shops around. Used to be a mobile home park but has been converted to an RV park. Cheaper rates. Has laundry room and showers. Sites have FHU. They do take reservations or allow much older rvs. Most residents are long term residents and the park is quiet.

Doesnt Except Older RVs
Mine is a completely remodeled, modernized Motorhome. 1984 gas pusher that is converted to a Diesel pusher.. No difference between new ones. But we got turned away because of the age.. I am blasting this on all review places to stay away from this place.
