Not Worth The Drama

This establishment is ok for a very short stay on you're way to somewhere else. I paid for a month however i left 2 weeks early due to harassment,(banging on my camper after i didn't answer my door, at night, and then calling police when i confronted them the next day to not do that again, because I have ptsd), after listening to the owner gossip with the harassers about me for about 30 minutes. The woman is a two-faced dishonest disrespectful hypocrite who is unclear about the rules in writing but won't mind throwing you out behind unspoken/unlisted ones. This is a campground. In Colorado. People come here for the novelty, and alot camp. I suggest putting in your list that you are NOT marijuana friendly, and maybe not tell people you use weed for your arthritis. While I have money and CAN relocate, i also watched her throw out a family with a baby, (after charging them 200 extra for their "exclusive" site) for the same reason. They were just trying to stay to save money for a house.

Have stayed here several times and enjoyed our stay. The facilities are clean and the host is an EXCEPTIONAL lady. Rates are competitive with other similar facilities and the location and views are exceptional. We very much enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return trip.
