Great Location In Fun Town
The location here is awesome. Right in town and perfect for hiking the Perimeter trail which was spectacular. Very friendly family owned park with good WiFi and bathroom and laundry facilities. We had a pull through site with beautiful views of the mountains. The sites are very tight but we expected that for this location. Fun shopping and excellent dining in town. The elevation here in the mountains keeps the temperatures down even in Summer. We would come back here for sure. Great hiking and lovely small town. The only con is the very tight sites but that is a trade off for all the other great things at this park and the town of Ouray. You can walk to the Hot Springs which were great. The Box Canon Falls are a must do here. Gorgeous waterfalls.

Too Tight
Nice staff, great location, and really really tight spaces. Most rv parks are tighter than your normal campground but this one was pretty tight even for my casual standards. Other than that, park was clean, nice people and the walk to town hot springs was short. Short walk to town also really.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms and a pleasant walk to Main St where we found tons of choices for dinner. Later we enjoyed the hot springs pool which was also only a pleasant walk from the site. Considering how extremely tight the sites themselves were, it was amazingly quiet and we slept well. Perfect place for us while we were passing through.

Fantastic location that we ended up adding 2 more spots. Ouray is so convenient for day trips and hikes and the shops and restaurants made for great “city” experiences. Friendly staff!

Great Staff And Location
We were here in July 2018. The place is nice. We were right on the river and enjoyed the evening and shade under the trees. The location makes it easy to walk or ride bikes around town. Quite campground with very clean restrooms.

Not My First Choice
The pros The Ouray area is beautiful. The park is conveniently located to downtown. Lots to do and see. The cons The first space we were in had good space but I had to use 6 inch blocks to level my unit. Although wifi is advertised it was non existant even with a signal booster. Some of the regular visitors made it a little unfriendly. We were moved to another space for a few days but the space was so narrow that unit in the next space's awning almost touched my slideout and on the other side was a popup camper who pulled in backwards and I literally stepped out of my RV into his front door and the box for water connections were at the base of my stairs. The staff was pleasant enough but this park would not be my first choice when I return to the area.hi

Playtime In The Pines.
For the girls who grew up in the city this is the place to set up camp all the comforts of home in one location. Not to mention this town is simply postcard perfect.

Great Spot Great Town
Pulled in a few minutes before sun was going down. Friendly lady at the front desk, there is a small veterans discount but any discount is a good one. Extra clean shower/bathroom area with coded security door. I'll add more info in the am.

Hike The Perimeter Trail!
A great little place for staying one or two nights. You have to hike the perimeter trail!!! It's amazing!! The RV site is run by a very nice lady and the laundry and bathrooms are always clean and no lines. The kids play area leaves a bit to be desired as it's all gravel. They say they don't have any full hook up sites but we ended up with one so just book it and see.
