On The River!

Stayed here a couple of nights while visiting family. Many sites to choose from but the guy working check in guided us to a beautiful spot on the river. The park is immaculate. All public areas are spotless and modern. Quiet grassy areas for gathering or just to enjoy. Big pull through areas. On the edge of town, but would never know it. Security gate. Check in was easy and people very helpful and pleasant.

What’s not to like! Great location, variety of sites- all good. Extremely clean and well maintained park. Showers are very clean and modern.

Rude

Rude Managers and on site staff. They state they comend you for a nice rig/ campsite..then will charge you for washing your rig! Wasn't in the pamphlet.

Week Long Stay

We just spent a week here. What an amazing place! Super clean, very secure and the staff were fantastic!!! We will always stay here when we are on this side of the mountain!

Love this place, best in the area with good tmobile service, wifi actually works for streaming a wonderful well cared for dog park, no cable but 16 channels ota and with good wifi we were able to access all our favorites. Close to lots of attractions and shopping

Great Stop

Stayed one night right on the river, the sound was amazing. Very nice place.

Nice roomy sites with good tables and campfire rings or buddy sites if you prefer. The great rolling river running beside the park is an added feature. If you have the need they also have a beautiful Airbnb on property and plenty of cabins. The updates of the office, showers/restrooms and laundry facilities make this a top notch park. The new owners, David and Jen have gone above and beyond to make this the ideal RV Park for everyone. 5+++!!!

This has been our favorite place to stay, by far! Beautiful view, right on the Uncompahgre River and close to many beautiful locations! Great owner and hosts! Wifi worked great and we received several channels on our camper antenna. Will definitely be back!

Bike Trail

On the Uncompahgre River paved bikeway. (4.5 miles). Easy access from the park to the bikeway.
