Totally Miserable
Park does not enforce park rules I.e. noise ordinance. Loud music- heavy throbbing base ALL night every night.
Intense pounding hard rock — horrible!!!!!

Nice place for a restful evening. $20 full hookups. Popular with families. Shade and beach front sites.

Worst Campground around would never go back loud and idiotic people driving like idiots at night and dumbass Sherrif harassing guest through day 0 stars I’d camp in my mother-in-law’s driveway before I camp here again

Full Hook up Bargain
If you're over 62, you get a full hook-up site for $20, and can stay as long as you want during the winter. We stayed in January and it was perfect. Quiet, and nice and dark. Only noise was from all the geese. Summer would be a different story.

3 Day Getaway
The whole family booked camp site 88 (the island) four days before arrival. Our stay was very pleasant, peaceful and warm. I was very surprised to find a lot of available camp sites near us, considering the weather. We our coming back again in the near future. Good job Woodward!

Woodward Reservoir Off Season
Just completed a great stay here and noted a few things:
-hackberry & t island (full hookups) require 2 week reservations which is not well distinguished on the reserve America website.
The walk-up sites are at discretion of the attendant so calling ahead is wise (apparently it is much busier in the summer).
-sites are decent sized, many back in sites do slope so be prepared to level! Pull thru sites are fairly level and roomy (our 40 ft fifth wheel managed it well).
- sites are clean, bathrooms are ok.
- being near the water means lovely views but also lots of goose poop on the grounds so a good entry rug is recommended!
-friendly attendants and town approx 15 min away (gas, groceries, etc)

$$
Very disappointing for the money. This could be a beautiful rv park. Very poorly designed. None of the sites are level. They charged extra for each pet. Would not recommend for large (our mh is 37 feet) rv.
