Horrible Place
Family park bought out by Large corporation buying sites all over the country. Mostly residents who have seen rents increased 3 times in 6 months. Separate charges for sewer dumping, garbage and electricity which is charge by the manager who reads 50 year old meters harvested from old apartment buildings that were torn down. Internet access stopped, no cable, no amenities at all. Even mail service was stopped despite the post office trying to convince the company to allow it. They have been servicing the park for years. Current couple hired to run it have no authority, do not even have access to petty cash to keep hand soap in the bathrooms. Sewage backs up because of poor drainage. Same electric meters they are charging resident from, exploded a few months ago. No one in charge present and resident dealt with fire. No pool, no dog walk, and park is unsecured, transients use bathrooms at night and dispose of garbage in dumpsters residents pay for. Stay Away !!!

Not For The Vacationing Camp Family.
Passing by and decided to stop to check it out. Almost impossible to get your trailer in the park. 98 % of the sites there were people living there. Absolutely noting to do there for kids. Sites are so close together you can see what kind of tooth past the Neighbor is using if they used toothpaste.
