Too Bad It Closed Forever

Nice place to stay but had just shut its doors and will be demo-ed this week

We pulled in on a Sunday evening and the sign on the office door said closed. They should have left instructions on the answering machine, or somewhere, to find the Wi-Fi code and the rest room codes. I left two messages on the voice machine on Sunday, and no one ever returned my call. Didn’t see anyone from the office until the following morning. Suggest having a host camper.

Apache Palms

Staff very friendly. Sites are gravel with concrete patio pad and very level. Sites are close together so it can be a bit cozy. Neighbors friendly, respectful and quiet. Water, sewer, electrical, cable easy access. Bathrooms very clean as is laundry room. Plenty of hot water for shower. Outdoor pool and spa. They have cable (it is digital cable so if you have older rig like we do you will need a converter box which they supply at no cost but you will need to supply credit card in case you accidently drive away with it). Could use this spot as base camp if staying for awhile. We just needed the one night. Cost of site very reasonable. Did not see very many pull thru sites. Mostly back in even for 40 footers. Would stay here again.
