This Will Be A Great Spot In 10 Years

We found this place by sheer luck, great location close to old town cottonwood and old town. Clarkdale. We too thought the spaces were very close, lucky we came with some friends so we didn’t mind sitting in our RV’s shade while sitting in there patio. Very clean and quiet, but in 10 years when the trees will be bigger, this will a great little RV resort

Great Stay For The PRICE!

We love this place! Staff is super friendly. Best bathrooms of all time!!! Everything is so clean. Hot tub is really nice after a long hike or bike ride, did not use pool. Sits right on the edge of Tuzigoot National Monument and just a 4 minute drive into Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Sedona is 15-20 min drive. Only issue, which they made clear up front, they have rural internet and it as fast as they can get but hard to stream movies. We where there for 3 weeks in 2020 and will be going back for 2 months. This high desert location has a great vibe. We did NOT think the spaces were too close like some other people complained. We have 40 ft. Class A and tow a Ford F-150. Cannot wait to get back. $500 a month plus electric.

Oh So Close!!!

This is a nice clean park but the spaces are way too close. If we put our awning out, we are encroaching on the site next to us!! The sewer connection for the adjacent site is right next to our tiny patio. Our site was gravel and not long enough for the truck and 5th wheel. We usually stay at Dead Horse Ranch State Park but it was full...Snowbird season!!! This park will be okay for this trip but will be a last resort park for us!

Disappointing

Very disappointed with the park, 2/3 of the spaces very close together, social recroom has no chairs or table just a couch and pool table, air conditioner was locked out so one could not turn on, but the biggest disappointment was they advertised a heated pool and it is not!!! Park owner turned heater on for an hour a day, pool got to 68 degrees!!! That is not heated!!!!
