Overall A Nice Campground
The sites are pretty standard in size. The best spots are by the water and a little more open. Some are very near to the waters edge and docks. We stopped for a quick overnight, and came in after dark, so we didn’t do much exploring. The camp store was small but had most everything that you would need. Site was $37 with full hookups, and a nice view of the water. Overall it was nice. It could use some updating. We never went into the bathhouses, so I can’t comment on that. Overall the campground was standard with no amenities other than the nearby waterfront and some fish cleaning stations. The buildings looked a bit dated. A little over priced for the age of the buildings and overall atmosphere, but I guess that’s what happens when you’re right on the water. I expected a little nicer facilities for a campground that’s located off of a golf course. Still a good place overall.
