Surprised Rate
We made reservations in September for October where we were told the rate is $30 per day.
When we arrived October 15th, we were charged $50 a day as the rate went up October1st.
Since the park only excepts cash, I was fortunate to have the correct cash on me.
The park should have honored reservations made when daily stay was $30 rather than telling the customer...Surprise...when they arrived at the park in good faith!

Great Little Campground
So nice and clean. Easy 4 mile straight shot off I-65. $30 cash a night. Overnight pull through sites. It's a city park and very well kept. Wouldn't mind staying a few nights to just relax

Nice place. We just did an overnight but wouldn't have any problem coming here again. But like others have said, do not listen to GPS. I didn't even though there are signs all along the route from I65. Follow the signs!

Beatific!
Beautiful, clean, quiet and convenient. All mature trees and lots of common green space, every site has its own spacious green area. Wide variety of lots, choose 6&7 or 10&11 if you're traveling with another RV and share a private picnic Pavillion.

Powder Surge
Although the campground was nice and clean, they do have a major issue. Two other coaches had to move due to an electrical issue. While there a power surge killed one of my ac units. I do now have a surge protector on my rv so I gambled and lost. My brother and sister in law were staying in there rv, with the best surge protector you can buy and their washing machine was fried. The campground was aware of the problem as they had moved some people to new spaces. Still nothing was done. Beautiful park just be aware that you stay at your own risk

Very Nice
This park is beautiful! Nice setting with lots of trees. There is a beautiful lake and hiking trails as well as a quiet rv campground. We were in a pull through site with a 38' tag along trailer and pickup with room to spare on the lot. We would recommend this park!

Travler
Great camping. Friendly host and very helpful. Rained like crazy but we were hi and dry. Price was good for full hookup. Call as it could be a bit tricky to find it. If you are running late, call, they will work with you.

Exceeded All Of Our Expectations
By far the best RV ground we stayed at! Very friendly and helpful staff!!! The camp ground is kept clean and equipped with everything you need! We had a patio with grill, bench and table, and the trailer is parked on a concrete pat. We called in a couple hours before we would pass through Greenville asking if they could take us in for the night without prior reservation! Address is saved on the navigation system and we will be back for sure next time we will come through;0)

Pretty & Clean
Very nice park. Stopped over during a nasty storm. They were accommodating and pleasant and take you to your site which, I think is a very nice touch, especially when it is your first visit. Sites are spacious with plentiful grass and covered areas so you can sit outside even when its raining.
One footnote, mapquest wants to take you farther than its location so be ready and I gave it 4 stars as I didn't explore the whole park. I also think the photos don't do it justice. Itsnmuch prettier ???? We were here in a 40' motorhome with no toad.

Hidden Gem
Wonderful city owned RV park! Sites are all paved and spaced nicely. Park is immaculately maintained. The two lakes are in a deep treed forest. Bring your kayak. All utilities were functional. Water pressure is about 47psi., but the water is moderately mineralized so an on board softener would be useful here. This is a picturesque park with a marked walking trail at lake's edge. There is an elaborate children's play structure facility in the day use section of the park. After check in at the office a ground guide led us to our site and helped us maneuver into position. If you stay here more than overnight, be sure to take a journey into the quaint town of Greenville. We were amazed by the number of well kept southern style mansions.
