Back again this time our own Camper. Staff is Great crew very helpful and Friendly as always..

Beautiful Spot!!

Really liked this campground a lot we actually decided to stay an extra day because we were right on the water easy and easy out it was beautiful! Staff is friendly and helpful we got in about 5 o’clock which is their closing time but a gentleman took us right to our spot and Im sure glad cause it was very dark! Only issue was that I could get the shower to give hot water but that may have been me. I still would definitely come back here

Clean and Friendly

This was our first time here and it was nice. Very clean and they were clearly doing extra cleaning due to covid. The staff is friendly and store prices are reasonable. They do keep a good eye on the place, but we didnt find it intrusive. There are a lot of full time spots, so there's golf cart traffic. They are limited on full hook ups, but the bath house is nice and clean. The showers are individual rooms with locking door which is really nice for security, but they are limited in number. The grounds are well kept. It's mostly sloped or water front so not a lot of space for outdoor rec unless it corn hole or just throwing a ball. Really nice place on the water.

Favorite Campground

We love it here. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms clean. I only wished they had sewer and cable, but can live without it. This is like my second home. ❤️❤️❤️it.

This was our first trip to Honeycomb. The campground is clean and well maintained. These are not full hookup sites, water and electricity only. They do have a dump station or a "honey wagon" for a $13 fee. The bathhouses and restrooms are clean. In my opinion, they need more showers since they don't have sewer hookups. It was not crowded during the week, but got busy on the weekend. They obviously have a lot of seasonal or full timers there. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives of this campground. Beautiful setting, great views, friendly staff and clean/ well maintained.

All you have to do is get your dog classified as a service dog and they can not deny him in the park19

This is a very nice campground. It's quiet, shady and has beautiful views of Lake Guntersville. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathhouses are clean. We really like the beach area. Only 4 stars because there is no cable or sewer (dump station only).

Great Campground

Very nice park! Staff was great and very helpful. We stayed 7 days right by the lake. Restrooms cleaned everyday. Busy on weekends. We had our two dogs with us and never had any issues between ours or other campers pets. Even with with weekend crowd park was quiet at night. People friendly. Beach and swimming are very nice. Overall place was very well maintained and operated. This was also very scenic with tall pine trees and hills surrounding lake. We'll definitely be back.

We went to the park once before and took our dog with us not knowing he wasn't allowed. He had a blast playing with other dogs at the park but when we finally got our own RV and planned a trip out we were denied due to the breed of our dog. We hate this because our extended family has enjoyed camping out there for some time now but we will no longer camp here. It's really discouraging that so many people make bad assumptions of a breed that's been given a bad rep.
