Full Time Residents

This was very clean and the check in was helpful. It is obviously for full time residents, not a camping type place. I’m grateful for the convenience to the expressway, but won’t be back. Not our cup of tea.

Rip Off

After returning from the US we needed water and a dump. Googled this place as they were one of the few ones open in early April. Web site claimed $10 for dump and fill. Arrived at park and found intercom to reach office staff, as no one was in the office. I asked the not-so-friendly voice on the intercom what the price was, and he said $10. I asked him where I should go and he garbled an answer that was tough to understand. After 20 minutes of driving around the place I couldn't find the spot he told me about, so went back to the office and waited. He showed up a few minutes later and basically made me feel like an idiot for not understanding him. Finally got the water and dumped, and when he came by to collect the money, the price magically was now $15. What a rip off, avoid this place unless you enjoy getting jerked around.

Very Clean, Awesome Playground, But...

Seems more focused on seasonal campers. Stuff mostly closed during the week. Cool playground for kids, but pool was freezing & coin-op showers don't work right. No activities going on. Was ok since we were mostly doing day-trips into London.
