TERRIBLE SERVICE

The lady that answers the phone is RUDE AND NASTY!!!! There is no other way to describe how she speaks to people with military authority and with a threatening voice. We had to cancel our reservation due to medical reasons and she told us not to call again because we had canceled. I said to her that I had a good reason to make the cancelation and she said she did not care. I should had read the reviews before I booked with them. They are quite accurate describing their poor customer service. Her name is Caroline Steeves. Very rude and nasty!!!
